Refund and Return Policy | 退換貨政策
1. Non-Exchangeable Items | 不設退換之產品

All pre-order products, sale items, silver jewelry, and personal items (e.g., socks) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

所有預訂產品、特價貨品、銀飾及貼身產品(如襪等)均不接受退貨或退款。
2. Pre-order Delays | 預訂產品延誤

Pre-order items typically arrive in 3-4 weeks. However, delays may occur due to customs or weather. Refunds/returns are not accepted for delays within 3 weeks of the estimated arrival date.

預訂產品大概 3-4 星期到貨。如因海關或天氣等不可抗力因素延期 3 星期內,均不接受退款或退貨。
3. Size Exchange (In-stock Items) | 現貨產品換碼

If the size of a regular-priced item does not fit, an exchange can be made within 7 days of receipt.

如現貨正價產品尺碼不適合,可在收到貨品後 7 天內辦理換碼。

Conditions: Items must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and tags intact. Exchanges must be done in person at our studio.

要求: 貨品必須全新且未拆除包裝吊牌,並須親身到工作室更換。

Note: If the size is out of stock, you may exchange for items of equal value. No refunds will be provided.

4. Damaged Items | 產品損毀處理

If a product is damaged, please visit our studio within 7 days for an exchange. Items must be brand new with tags.

如產品有損毀,請於 7 天內帶同全新且未拆標籤之貨品到工作室換貨。

If the same item is unavailable, you may exchange for items of equal value. No refunds will be provided.

如沒有同款貨品,可換取同價值貨品,恕不接受退款。
5. Return or refund Shipping Fees | 退換貨運費承擔

HYPEYOUHK will not bear any shipping costs for exchanges via SF Express or mail.

如透過順豐或郵寄方式換貨,本店不承擔任何運費。
